Jeff Tracy of Patio Enclosures, was great to work with. Everything I was told was done in a timely manner. And we have nothing but high marks on the workmanship of there crew & staff. We are really enjoying the ability to use the sun room in good & bad weather.
Price was ridiculously high in my opinion. I asked multiple questions that were ignored or if attempted to answer gave me what I considered a bogus response when sales rep could have easily referred to the engineer if he was unsure of the answer. Sales rep stated a quote would be emailed to me, never received actual written quote. He stated if I don't get the quote to call him. Run far away from this company! The absolute worst experience in my 58 years of living! We had them replace windows on our 3 season porch. Day 1 they show up at 11AM. An hour in we see one of the workers publicly urinating on our lawn! They tore down our old windows and left a furnished room completely open to the elements. They had to send someone to cover the area as a severe storm was rolling in. They averaged about 4 hours of work a day. We have had the WORST experience with Patio Enclosures. We had our porch enclosed in May 2025. After complaining 4 times to our salesman, Frank Blue (who seems like a nice guy) someone finally came out in June saying they would fix everything. We had to call 3 times to chase someone to get a date set. The date to fix it was tomorrow (Aug 5th) and just got told due to a new employee error they cannot come out. We had Patio Enclosures install our patio in November. The staff that came out was professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. They kept us updated on what was next, they even rolled our trash cans out one day. Talk about above and beyond! The craftsmanship was great! The administrative staff was equally professional and so friendly.
