Dr Sanchez was very nice. I was scheduled to have an endoscopy in two months and called week after week to see if the precertification department had gotten my procedure precertified and could give me a cost estimate. I called 6 times and each time they said they had not gotten to my procedure yet but would soon. A day and a half before my endoscopy they still had not gotten it precertified.
