Trish is an amazing therapist. I have been seeing her since November 2020 and she has helped me through so much. She is an active listener and does a great job of using CBT through her work. She is also very flexible with scheduling and allows either in person or virtual sessions. If you are looking for a therapist who puts the effort and time into their job, I highly recommend trish!
I just did my first appointment today. Patricia is very sweet, kind, and intelligent. She listened carefully to my concerns, was gentle when navigating my distress, took thorough notes, and was encouraging and supportive in helping me validate some goals I had for my healing. So happy to have been referred to her! 😊
