There are so many good & positive things to say about Patricia Neal Rehab that I don’t know where to begin ‼️ First and foremost…my assigned PT/OT PERSONNEL WERE SO VERY GOOD‼️ Kyle and Bailey were very knowledgeable and seemed to know just how far they could push me, despite my “mouth of the south” talking 😂 I will forever be grateful to each of them❤️ 95% of the nurses, CNAs, aids and whatever falls under nursing, we’re patient advocates and very positive. I appreciate all the attention and care offered by everyone. I especially appreciate the therapy offered by the P.t. , Josie. Love her approach and open minded ness to help and guide me in therapy! Fantastic young lady! Also, the help and attention offered by Gary Cochran! He's wonderful! Very helpful.

Excellent facility. Very responsive staff to nurse call button! PT: Kyle is the bestrRachel: case manager made sure we knew everything we needed to know prior to discharge. She did her job very very well.latrise night nurse was exceptionally responsive and compassionate in caring for my needs.

My mom is just back from a 10 day stay here. Everyday she would call and sound like she was on vacation. She would rave how great the people were she was meeting there, the food was like a fancy restaurant, and the doctors were top notch. If I didn’t know better I would think she had won a holiday trip. Thank you to the wonderful team there and Jodi the case manager for keeping me in the loop on everything. Mom said she was going to miss the friends she made that work there. My mom suffered 2 strokes on November 11, 2025. After 4 weeks at Fort Sanders Regional we were sent to Patricia Neal West. The 22 days we spent at Patricia Neal were a blessing. My mom received top notch care from everyone! The nurses and techs were very attentive, the Doctors were compassionate and informative, the therapists were wonderful, and the food was excellent!
