This isn't my 1st time with Patriot ambulance service, but I had to leave a review because of my recent experience. Previously, I was concerned with the wait time to receive assistance with transportation. This time everything was perfect. The dispatcher was calm and polite, the wait time to recieve service was fantastic, and given my panic state the paramedics were friendly and professional. The two individuals were extremely kind and caring! They made my scary experience as pleasant and enjoyable as ít possibly could have been under the circumstances! I wish I could remember their names……I believe it was Sky and Kayleen.…. and they were AMAZING! They definitely deserve a raise!!

I was their priority. They made sure I had all my vitals done prior to transfer. In ambulance, prior to transfer, I was hookedup to the necessary monitors, and IVs was prepped and ready. My experience with my transfers was just wonderful, between the Priority of care, some jokes, my experience was absolutely 💯 amazing. I have to say without my transfers making my health and me their priority ,knowing all the information when at hospital emergency transfer..... I have no idea still, who exactly was doing that emergency call that day, but I know I died and you brought me back. I am completely utterly So bless by you and you are blessed by how? Well, you do your job. Thank you so much. I don't know what else to say right now. I'm still recovering a little bit. I'm at home. Both the driver and his assistant were caring and knowledgeable. They explained all the testing they were utilizing in the ambulance. The team got me safely to thehospital, although we did experience a few potholes..
