I used Patriot transport to get to and home from a serious surgery. I called around to several different services and even though at $240 for a round trip of 14 miles, the young man I talked to on the phone assured me that they would help me to and from my front door to their van. Pristine Van to take me home. Very well stocked and organized. Had 2 employees. One was personable and very educated riding in the back of the Van with me. He was empathetic and respectful. I must admit that I was flabbergasted at the price I was responsible for. Since being home, however, I’ve seen what Medicare and my secondary insurance pay. The Vans have to be extremely expensive, you have employees to pay and I bet your insurance is astronomical. I would use your services again if needed.

Leslie with Community Paramedic Program was fantastic. She made it easier to follow up with physicians and made me feel safer having my husband at home as he doesn’t do well in hospital environments for long. She made sure his vitals were ok and if not she contacted the correct physician immediately. We are still working on and praying he recovers. Leslie is a fantastic asset to your program. Thanks again
