The nurses were mostly good. There were some aides that were good but compared to the place that I was transferred to it isn’t good at all the place I’m met. I’m only had to wait. Maybe at the most 10 minutes for someone to come if I put on my light and at Vibra I had to wait at one time two hours and I cried and I had to yell out into the hallway and you could hear people laughing and having a good time it was very it wasn’t a good experience. This was my first ambulance experience and I feel it was very good. Both the attendants were friendly, professional and informative. They acted quickly and confidently while explaining what each procedure was and why it was necessary. I felt safe and cared for.

The driver was kind, helpful, he came up to the door to assist my brother in pushing Wheelchair to the van and strapping him Down in the wheelchair before putting him in the van. I appreciate that. We got to the appointment early, and out early. So everything went good thank you.

Patriot Ambulance Service was very competent in their service. Each time they were called for my husband, they came in a timely manner. They always made my husband feel safe comfortable as they moved him. The staff was wonderful.

The ambulance drivers were very cautious on moving me on to the gurney. They were very nice and asked the appropriate questions on diagnosing my condition. I would definatly recommend their service. Thanks to both of them for taking care of me.
