Miss Patt was very empathetic in my last visit. I was going thru some medical issues that just kept mounting and she talked my right through my tears to a much needed "calm". She was very empathetic and I was so grateful.
Had an initial visit today. Patt was awesome, knowledgeable, respectful and caring.
Everyone was helpful and considerate of my sensitive emotional support that is needed at this time. Thank you.
