Your phone system is impossible to get through. Your office manage says you are short handed, SO HIRE SOMEBODY !!!!! Your staff told me a white lie; they said they answer for 9 different locations. In truth the other 9 locations also answer the same phones so it would certainly seem like we could expect better service. Also given how Farr out your consolers are scheduling appoints it is centainly NOT for a lack of business or a lack of invcome that you have not hired more office staff.

The first appointment with Paul Acra was excellent. Looking forward to working with him. I think the scheduling process is nuts. Seems like numbers forward to the scheduling office where you may be on hold for 30 minutes. There is no number to reach individual offices or people.
