Shopped around for many months for a pool company, as we had heard horror stories from friends. Bogner came in with a reasonable price from the get go and did not surprise you with additional costs throughout the project. You can tell Steve and Chris have years and years of experience building pools and knew what they were doing. Bogner Pools really did a good job with our pool. We are so happy with how it turned out. We really enjoyed our experience with Nelson, Chris and Joe! They were so patient, informative and helpful during the entire process! Even when we had unexpected and unnecessary issues with our neighbor, they were very knowledgeable and explained everything every step of the way. Bogner built my pool 2 years ago. They did such a great job, and we're super happy with our pool. The entire process went really smooth. Sometimes it's hard to find good contractors, builders and the like, but even harder to find someone that will stand by their work and make things right when things come up after the jobs complete. My pool was finished in August 2018. My pipes are Rusted and leaking. My tiles are falling off on the waterfall two years ago and they need to be grouted all around the spa waterfall area and now I have to get someone to replace the pipes to the water fill because they used galvanized pipes and they weren’t supposed to now my water can get contaminated and make my grandkids sick or anyone who swims I haven’t called them yet, but I’m going to call them today and see if they do anything about it and if they don’t, I’m gonna co... read more
