I had a new upper denture made at the lady lake office. I picked it up Dec 29th of 2023, but the claim was sent to my insurance stating the work was completed Jan 9th of 2024. I had planned on getting the lower denture replaced in the early part of 2024, but a large portion of my benefit is used up. I've been 10 months trying to get this fixed. I've wasted time with the office manager and corporate billing. Why is this so hard to fix?
We have had a Horrible experience with the Dr. Pimentel and his staff at his Aspen Dental office in the villages, Fl. Our elderly Mom when in to repair a broken tooth of her top denture and was sold both Top and Bottom Dentures. They have a Money Back Guarantee Sign on the window when you walk in.
