I have very good experience at Key-Ehitman Eye Center. The staff were always friendly, patient, and professional. They were especially kind and attentive when helping my elderly mother. The overall service was great. I truly appreciate their care and support. Highly recommend.
I was very pleased with the service of Key Whitman. The staff was very friendly and they very efficient and knowledgeable about my situation. I would recommend them highly to friends and associates.
Was disappointed to learn that they didn’t take my insurance from BCBS, especially since I gave them all of my health insurance information a week prior to my appointment. I was charged nearly $300 out of pocket for a routine eye exam for a glasses prescription when I should’ve gone done the street for $10 copay. My mistake. Their selection of frames was quite limited and average brands you see everywhere. Other than that, the eye doctor and nurses were very nice and professional.
Key-Whitman Eye Center is the best! They are very thorough and knowledgeable! I saw Dr. Stephens for cataracts, and have had one eye done, with the next eye soon. My surgery and recovery, went very well! The office also has two surgery counselors to walk you through the process. I highly recommend them!
Dr Leslie Pfeiffer provided excellent treatment. She is a blessing to the community. I traveled from out of state to get a second opinion. The doctor in my home state recommended surgery with full anesthesia and was not able to fully answer my questions. My daughter lives in Rockwall and suggested that I contact Key-Whitman for another opinion. When I called, the staff at Key-Whitman said they had a doctor on staff that could address my concern.
