Key-Whitman Eye Center is the best! They are very thorough and knowledgeable! I saw Dr. Stephens for cataracts, and have had one eye done, with the next eye soon. My surgery and recovery, went very well! The office also has two surgery counselors to walk you through the process. I highly recommend them!
Dr Leslie Pfeiffer provided excellent treatment. She is a blessing to the community. I traveled from out of state to get a second opinion. The doctor in my home state recommended surgery with full anesthesia and was not able to fully answer my questions. My daughter lives in Rockwall and suggested that I contact Key-Whitman for another opinion. When I called, the staff at Key-Whitman said they had a doctor on staff that could address my concern. Dr Stephens has truly performed a miracle on both of my eyes! In my “bad” eye, I only had 25-30% peripheral vision from macular degeneration! After my first surgery, I’d say that increased to 40%. On my 2nd surgery I can see clearly without coke bottle thick glasses. He and his staff are first class, staff is helpful and I’m so grateful for this experience. Thank you all sooooo much!
I had a pyogenic granuloma forming under my right eyelid and that same day the removed it under 10 minutes! Customer service was A+ any everyone there were amazing and professional. I would highly recommend coming here.
Quick initial appointment. Explain i need surgery b4 the end of year due to insurance. They are working on helping with that.very nice and courteous staff and very thorough. I think I'm gonna really like this place.
