I highly recommend Key/Whitman to anyone needing cataract surgery. From my initial visit to my post cataract surgery, the staff was courteous , polite and efficient. I appreciate that and I am confident in their clinic and surgery centers.
I have very good experience at Key-Ehitman Eye Center. The staff were always friendly, patient, and professional. They were especially kind and attentive when helping my elderly mother. The overall service was great. I truly appreciate their care and support. Highly recommend.
The staff and doctors are some of the best I’ve ever had. Dr. Stevens resolved my issue and made sure that my follow-on care was taken care of. From the receptionist to the doctors, I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my eye condition. I was referred to them by my brother who’s been a patient for the past 5 years. He loves the doctors and the care he is receiving. In fact, he is seeing better than ever. Have do doubt that You will be taken care of and positively supported at Key-Whitman.
I was very pleased with the service of Key Whitman. The staff was very friendly and they very efficient and knowledgeable about my situation. I would recommend them highly to friends and associates.
Was disappointed to learn that they didn’t take my insurance from BCBS, especially since I gave them all of my health insurance information a week prior to my appointment. I was charged nearly $300 out of pocket for a routine eye exam for a glasses prescription when I should’ve gone done the street for $10 copay. My mistake. Their selection of frames was quite limited and average brands you see everywhere. Other than that, the eye doctor and nurses were very nice and professional.
