dr yates took a lot of time with me because all my teeth were broken to the gums. my surgery went well and he answered all my questions. his staff took care of me explaining things before and after my surgery. i wish i knew about him sooner because i hadn't seen a doctor in a long time
Dr. Yates took his time explaining every facet and possible outcome like the engineer he is. He is my dentist and he's worth the drive!
Phenomenal dental surgeon
Arrived at my appointment on time. However, I had to wait twenty minutes before being seen by Paul Yates. Aspen Dentistry requests patients to be on time, The door swings both ways. My info was not entered in the system. The nice young lady went next door to pick up the mail and low and behold my letter was never opened. Which was not her fault. Dr. Yates needs to learn to listen to what the patient is saying and stop making assumptions and not be a fake but be real. He needs to learn customer service skills. Very uptight wh... read more
