Paula is great. She is a caring person that listens, is informative and responds rapidly to messages. I would highly recommend her as a provider.
Paula is supportive and understanding. I feel comfortable talking openly. She reminds me to be good to myself. Her guidance has helped me manage stress more effectively, and I would recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate care.
Paula McKenna is one of the worse psychiatric NPs I have ever had in my life. She's condescending, rude and is not very therapeutic. She belittle me multiple times and she even got up and left the computer during our session and I took a picture of it and didn't even say anything just got up and left. Dr Paula Hardwood has been really great. So caring and attentive. She's definitely the best psychiatrist I have had the pleasure of working with.
Horrible provider. Would not recommend to anyone. Office has received multiple complaints and done nothing about her repulsive behavior towards patients. After reading all the wonderful reviews about Paula, I must interject to disagree. I wish I could have experienced the person all the reviews got to experience. I am a full-time student and rely on my medication management to operate in school and in life.
