I came to Paun Family Chiropractic & Wellness with neck and back pain that was interfering with my daily life. Dr. Paun not only helped relieve those issues, but also addressed my leaky gut and got me started on a Blueprint Nutrition plan that has been a total game changer. I have more energy, better mobility, and feel like myself again. The staff is incredibly kind and professional—I always feel welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend!
Prior to my visit w/ Dr. Joe and staff, I did not know what to expect b/c finding a wellness practice where the health care workers actually care is hard nowadays. I am grateful for the careful attention that Dr. Joe Paun from Paun Family Chiropractic and Wellness PC has given me. I was experiencing sciatic nerve pain, discomfort in my hips, right leg, and lower back, while recovering from a knee injury from Pilates. Dr. Paun was very professional & performed his treatments with a great sense of personalty. His Staff was a pleasure to visit on each appointment. My Nneuropathy has been held at bay since my treatments.
The first time I went to Paun chiropractic was 15 years ago. Fortunately Paun chiropractic has always been in network over the course of my last few insurance plans! Dr. Joe is easy to talk to, & the rest of the staff is wonderful as well. If my insurance/ job changed, & Dr. Joe was out of network I'd pay out of pocket to see him.
