Dr Madan has been my psychiatrist for the past 5 years. He is kind, compassionate and very supportive. He is a great listener. I highly recommend him.
I was under his care for about a year. . .he was a decent psychiatrist. However, when I needed a higher level of care, he basically left me to look for another psychiatrist, implying he was done with my care. He could have pointed me toward other physicians. Also, I had a delay in my EDD payments (was put on disability), they're (EDD) is saying my physician never signed the form. An absolute pathetic excuse of a "Psychiatry Doctor" most unprofesional person in any field that I have experienced, he SHOULD NOT be allowed to work in the Mental Health Profession, zoom called him for 5 minutes, didn't listen to a word I said, he has the worst broken English so I honestly couldn't understand him. Typically, I only actively write positive reviews, but my experiences with Dr. Madan warrant feedback that should be made available to anybody considering seeing him. Dr. Madan was rude, arrogant, and had the bedside manner of hot asphalt. If my experience is reflective of his typical M.O., I do not understand why he chose to go into psychiatry. Hello, I have been or now was a patient of Dr. Madan for a year since Oct. of 2021. In honestly, help from his was just decent during that time. The reason I am writing a poor review is that today during our appointment my fiance confronted Dr. Madan on how complex and disappointing trying to get in contact with him is as well as how I have been losing faith in him on helping me.
