Usually a very fast and great experience. Today I tried to pawn an item and I was greeted by the short Asian guy (manager or owner). First thing was he didn’t even want to open the box and take the item out. Asks me to do it and I gladly complied. He then proceeds to not even inspect it but point to another one (PS5) that he has for sale.
