On Oct. 8, Oct. 9, Oct. 10, and Oct. 11, Paychex said they mailed out my reimbursement for my FSA account. Those checks never came. I was argued with about how I was to receive my checks. I was told to select the Direct Deposit box. I told them I dont want a direct deposit. I wanted paper checks sent to me. I had to request a manager to ensure I was getting paper checks. Terrible place for a small business. I've had to fight for months after terminating my relationship with paychex to stop them from taking money from my account. I've been charged for multiple services I didn't sign on for. I have to close my bank account to prevent further theft. Quickbooks has been amazing, highly recommended using their services.
I have been doing business with Paychex since Spring of 2012. I utilize payroll, tax pay and worker's comp agency services. I have been pleased with the services and with my payroll specialist. I have had 4 payroll specialists and they have all been great. My current specialist, since 3/2017, is my favorite because she is excellent at her job, a pleasure to work with, and has an amazing record of accuracy. If I could give 0 stars I would, this is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. They caused me so many problems I don’t think I can squeeze it in this box.. use any other company but this one .. every department of this company is absolute trash..
Unethical company. So many hidden charges. Do not give them your bank account number.
