I am starting to believe my representative at paychex does not exist . i have been calling for 3 weeks now on a regular basis !! to no avail, left numerous messages to no avail. i would avoid paychex’s at all cost . Especially if you are small business
Worst company. Getting random charges on my account for services I did not sign up for. Can’t get ahold of my representative ever. I cancelled weeks ago and I’m still noticing charges. I called they say that they’re not seeing any charges and that my account has been cancelled, I just recieved an email saying that my account is still active. This place is a disaster.
Major scam. They keep on charging me although I closed my account months ago. They never answer my emails. Charging me for stuff that I never asked for
If I have a problem, I call and someone gets back with me. Thank you so much.
Absolutely terrible. Never can get in touch with anyone. Random charges on my account, promised refunds that never come. Leaving this company immediately.
