my paychex rep is perpetually on the phone iwith another customer !?! i have called paychex non stop every five minutes for 3 hours and the same recording comes on “hi i am on the pghone with a customer “ ?????? beyond annoying

BEWARE!!!!!!!!! If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. I have tried to cancel this account with multiple people from the company as well as filling out the cancellation form and they are still charging me $60 a month to “hold the account” even though we have closed our business.
