Awful payroll company! Customer service is terrible. You will wait on hold for 30-45 min to call in payroll. Your service provider will never be available. They can't even get payroll right. I cancelled service after dealing with their incompetence!

Do not work with this company. Your will have trouble processing payroll w/o their help and then your manager at Paychex will change constantly. Don't bother going to their supervisor (they kindly include that person's phone/em in correspondence) because they either can't help/don't respond or quit or change jobs. The boss of the boss also changes jobs so, what exactly are you paying for??? Failure of a company. The failures are many, this company should be shut down or investigated. Company is terrible with terrible customer service. They will take money out of your account for months after you aren't using them anymore and then ignore your calls. Rachel Denver and Giovanni Garcia are both liars and scammers.
