Like others I would give 0 stars if allowed. We have used this service for a few years. Our first rep was great and responsive. Now they have charged us multiple times incorrectly. I have called and emailed, no one ever gets back to you! My rep has never once called me nor her manager who I've left multiple messages with. I've called 2 times and had random reps tell me they are issuing refunds. On my 3rd call today the rep said there has never been an refund request issued. The first week of using them, they direct deposited ALL employees checks into someone else's accounts. Then they took the total amount of our payroll out of our account...two more times. So at this point we are out three times the amount of out payroll and still no employees were paid. They finally corrected this after two weeks. This was only one of MANY mistakes they made. They've also not been paying the unemployment insurance. They can't produce any proof of where the aprox. $1000 a week has gone for the last 22 months... read more
I have tried to create an account several times over several days to get my W-2, I keep receiving an error message simply saying "sorry, try again later". The customer service representative was absolutely no help and just told me to contact my employer even though it's their system having the issue.

The absolute worst payroll company of all time these people have been late on getting our checks out 2 weeks in a row now and to make it worse instead of us getting paid on Wednesday like we normally do some of us didn't get paid until the week after. Idk what the hell you guys are doing but damn you guys should be ashamed. There was a lot of pissed off employees working out of town who couldn't access their money
