Truly the least helpful organization I have ever worked with. Don’t bother calling because you get nothing but corporate script and bounced around from person to person who “can help you”, their inability to properly store notes within their system on any changes is embarrassing, and the most simplest task or retrieving a simple document can take weeks if accomplished at all. Paychex is a very good payroll company. I have been with Paychex for over four years and they have simplify my life. Alex Volovick office located in Bedford NH have taken great care of me and answer any questions or concerns I have and explain everything. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so.
AVOID IF POSSIBLE. I was trying to transfer my 401K out of my account since I started working for another company and it is a nightmare to deal with. The buttons on the website appear and disappear randomly. Takes forever to reach a rep to resolve this. Submitted a request and the second they asked me to call to confirm again. They don’t even deserve one star, if you lose access to your account and no longer have that phone number than the chat bots won’t help you, even when they say the will send you to a “real” person it’s a bot, they repeat questions if you send two messages just because the bot can’t comprehend two separate answers. They couldn’t help me get into my account even though THEY gave me the wrong security questions. Why would I pick “where did you have your wedding venue?” When I never got married. They don’t even deserve a one. I can’t get assistance from anyone - every person who was enthusiastic about signing me up has moved on. No one replies to emails. I hired them because I needed seasonal help for a summer while I was undergoing cancer treatment after a recent diagnosis. I canceled services in Jan 2025 and lo and behold - just got another invoice. These people won’t go away. Predatory
