Fantastic, easy to use website. Simple to use online payment which was the selling point for me! They had super quick customer service when I had a question. Overall, the best experience I've had with an oil company! Excellent product, more than fair prices, extremely fast delivery - what More could you possibly want?!
Payless For Oil is consistently wonderful! They always have the best prices. Service is always prompt and the drivers are all super professional. We spaced out and ran out of oil during a cold snap and they were able to deliver to us within hours. We are so happy to have found them!
I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now. I’m always impressed with the speed of delivery and how well the office is run should I need to call them. Primarily I use the app, in fact I requested delivery on a Saturday and had delivery by 4pm on a Monday, well in advance of the estimated window. I don’t foresee using another company unless I move out of service zones!
I am giving two stars because they usually have the best rates in the area. With that being said, you get what you pay for. They say there is a two day turn around for delivery but that is not guaranteed (they are always short on drivers or a truck is down). I had an emergency today and had to have the fire department come out, they advised me to call my oil company because it seems my issue has something to do with the intake valve and a misfire (I had a delivery a couple of days ago).
