I appreciate the detail review of my vehicle during a hailstorm that had golf size pellets. The team went through the process with me step-by-step and also the Body Shop expert was there as well to provide the detail estimate that was needed for my insurance company. It was a great experience, even though my truck had the amount of damage.

I do not recommend. The estimated 7-10 day hail repair extended to 5 weeks! We had to return our rental early or pay even more. It took days for my calls to be returned, with a text! And in the end, we were forced to pay a second deductible just to get our car out of jail, and then had to leave it to the insurance company to sort out. Poor communication. It didn't have to be this way. Very disappointed.
Spoke with Rick , Cheryl and team. Made appointment got the car fixed. They took good care of my car looks brand new. What a great place . Service was excellent, will recommend They even washed my car. Love it.👍
Very displeased with the service and repairs I received here. I used PDR Linx because they are contracted with my insurance company for hail damage. The original estimate on the damage was $3400 and 3 weeks. Once the work began, the estimate went up to nearly $15k. They are charging a premium for their work so I expected my car to look like new when I went to pick it up (it’s a 2022 Volvo XC90, garage kept and meticulously cared for).
