This company is incredible! David was very communicative and kind. They did the job quickly, and they did such an excellent job it looks as if the hail storm never rolled through and beat up my car. They were also extremely convenient by doing the repairs at my house. I highly recommend them!
I appreciate the detail review of my vehicle during a hailstorm that had golf size pellets. The team went through the process with me step-by-step and also the Body Shop expert was there as well to provide the detail estimate that was needed for my insurance company. It was a great experience, even though my truck had the amount of damage.
We had a wonderful experience with PDR Linx. The communication was also phenomenal, which is important to us. Very prompt and on time always. Returned our vehicle looking beautiful!
PDR Links took very good care of my car and fixed it up beautifully. The staff was also very warm and accommodating.
I do not recommend. The estimated 7-10 day hail repair extended to 5 weeks! We had to return our rental early or pay even more. It took days for my calls to be returned, with a text! And in the end, we were forced to pay a second deductible just to get our car out of jail, and then had to leave it to the insurance company to sort out. Poor communication. It didn't have to be this way. Very disappointed.
