I appreciate the detail review of my vehicle during a hailstorm that had golf size pellets. The team went through the process with me step-by-step and also the Body Shop expert was there as well to provide the detail estimate that was needed for my insurance company. It was a great experience, even though my truck had the amount of damage.
Two of our new vehicles (both Jeep Grand Cherokee Summits) were damaged recently in the large hail storm that came through at the end of May 2023. Recently had extensive hail damage to my new truck. The crew at PDRLinx did an excellent job in repairing and the office staff was easy to work with regarding helping with my insurance claim. Shout out to Lauren, David & Chad along with the other Techs who worked on my truck. Can’t tell there was ever any damage.
I filed an insurance claim through my provider. They scheduled me in at a shop near home (Bellevue). A couple days later I had to reschedule it due to work. When I did, they had to switch shops due to scheduling/availability, and this place was a bit further away (La Vista). I am SO happy and grateful that I was sent here instead.
