I appreciate the detail review of my vehicle during a hailstorm that had golf size pellets. The team went through the process with me step-by-step and also the Body Shop expert was there as well to provide the detail estimate that was needed for my insurance company. It was a great experience, even though my truck had the amount of damage.
Spoke with Rick , Cheryl and team. Made appointment got the car fixed. They took good care of my car looks brand new. What a great place . Service was excellent, will recommend They even washed my car. Love it.👍
I highly recommend this company for car hail damage repair! Rick, Cheryl & Mike are friendly and have great customer service too. Enterprise failed me and did't have a rental available for my scheduled appointment for hail damage repair. I explained to Cheryl the situation and amazingly enough, they did have some of their own rental cars available. I was able to use a wonderful Toyota Highlander 2023 during the repair on my car. Mike and Rick were friendly, helpful, and the service I received far surpassed my expectations. We had a bad hail storm that damaged both mine and my husband’s vehicles. They were able to get us in right away. After service our cars look like new. Throughout the process they made sure to update us with the progress and always made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this shop for their hail damage services. They were professional, knowledgeable and overall did an excellent job on our cars.
The car does look good. They did not put the insulation back in place on the inside of the engine compartment on the hood and I had to purchase 14 clips to put it in place myself. The cowl did not get replaced and they lost a piece of it that I had to order and replace myself. The rear seat dome light got bent somehow and sticks on and I had to fix myself. I tried contacting them in text with pictures and by phone and they ignored me. They got paid by the insurance company and even sent in a supplement to the insurance compa... read more
