Patrick Headley was a huge lifesaver fixing our unit! Patrick was honest and quick to identify the problem after someone from Robert’s HVAC came and lied, claiming we would be out $5000. Thank you for being an honest hardworking man! And getting our AC back on without breaking the bank!
James was great replacing our dinosaur unit. After they were done i could not tell the unit was even on because it was soo quite. Very happy with service all the way around Update, still great service. GARRISON came back to do a little service on the unit. He is just the nicest and knows what he is doing.
The pro (mr r.) was super courteous and very professional.. He covered every single detail of the requested electrical service. It was a pleasure to do business with him. I was impressed because the estimator pro they sent to check the job out is actually the professional electrician that will be doing the work.... very impressed and relieved.

Hayden was fantastic! He was on the way within an hour of calling when everyone else was saying it would be next day. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what the issue was in terms someone with no HVAC experience could understand. Inspected everything else and fixed the problem within an hour.
