Greg and Lance come out to fix the leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. They showed up early and we're very quick and thorough. They were very professional and very kind we thoroughly enjoyed having them service our home today! Thank you for a pleasant experience today
Terrible customer service. I was told someone would come out today and look at my bathroom. Nobody came. Someone sent me a text message telling me to call the office regarding my appointment, I was then rescheduled last minute due to an emergency, which is understandable. I called back to cancel the appointment that was reschedule and was told by a representative named Dan that my appointment was rescheduled due my availability. Great customer service and very polite and professional. Eli and his coworker was very professional during the installation of our new Air Conditioning system and explained how the system inside and out works. Also he installed a UV light to help with allergens and such. Highly appreciated and recommend them to others.
Mr. Jeremy is very knowledgeable, skillful, and demonstrated a genuine concerned about presentation. In addition, the work done in the kitchen and bathroom is excellent.
