What a great experience I had with Kinsley and Shawna. They not only obviously know their stuff they are so pleasant and fun to work with. They both kept me posted as to how the day would go with an explanation as to what I can expect. Both ladies were very friendly and so pleasant to be with, all offices should be like this. I recently saw Kinsley for my yearly hearing check. She is great! She's always professional, explains procedures well, is gentle and very personable as well. I enjoyed meeting her assistant as well, although I can't recall her name
I was able to get an appointment right away with one of their PAs. She was engaged thorough and really took the time to listen. She sent me home with a treatment plan and specific nasal spray to deal with my chronic irritated sore throat. 5 days later I am making substantial progress. I would highly recommend this practice.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Peak Ear Nose Throat and Voice Center and Shawna Karman, PA-C, for their exceptional care. Initially, I was unable to complete the Repositioning Maneuver due to severe nausea. However, after a few days of recovery, I returned for a follow-up appointment and underwent the manual repositioning procedure.
