All staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable waiting area. The doctor was wonderful and gave me good information about my situation. Very happy with the service I received.
I went in for something I was concerned about and I was thoroughly examined. Because of the thorough exam, another issue that I was not aware of, was treated in the office. I cannot express my gratitude, for such a great experience and saving me another office visit and helping me feel better. Not to mention, how friendly everyone on staff is.
Great experience all around. Everyone was so kind and genuinely invested in helping me feel better. I was in and out in about 30 mins and felt amazing with my hearing back! Thank you to Dr Dickey and all the staff that helped me!
They did a fantastic job. I had been told for the last several years I needed hearing aids from another hearing service which i had purchased hearingdevices. Nope just had water behind my ear when i had to purchase hearing devices from that other service.Saved me alot of money by going to Peak ENT. Thank you!
Every time… I’m more and more thankful I found Peak ENT. Thank you for all you have done for me. My little dog got ahold of my hearing aid and kinda used as a chew toy and I missed my warranty by just over 2 weeks. They called and still got it repaired under warranty. Everyone in the office is so very kind. I definitely recommend Peak ENT at Platte Valley Hospital. Thank you for all your help. Lora B
