Dr. Dickey was so great! I've been to 5 ENTs, but none of them did anything tangible to help me. Dr. Dickey took his time to really look in my ear and ended up seeing something that none of the others saw and took care of it. It was such a relief to feel heard by my doctor and not just blown off as crazy. (Can any of you other ladies relate?) Thanks for being professional, careful and attentive and respectful, Dr. Dickey!!
Dr. Mills is great. The staff is wonderful. I have felt cared for and informed the entire process. He made swift work with delicate hands. His personality and persona made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you! I have also heard good things from family who have used Peak.
That staff and Dr Mills were excellent! Dr Mills reconfirmed my vertigo condition, and was very helpful with possible future suggestions if neede. He’s very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I highly recommend him and this practice!
The doctor and medical assistant is great— however the front desk and billing is not the best- no matter how much you communicate and tell them and give them the paperwork needed for things they don’t listen nor care. And will end up charging you then say they can’t see you!
My audiologist, Kinsley, was very outstanding. She helped educate and fit me for the right pair of hearing aids. Can't wait to get them!
