Dr. Bill Dickey was very friendly. He was patient and took his time in explaining my issue and what to do. I was immediately comfortable with him. Staff was friendly as well. I would highly recommend him and the Brighton office.
Kinsley is a great hearing tech. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I really enjoy having her assist me with my hearing aids.

Do not listen to their patients. Instead they run unwarranted tests. Say they found nothing wrong with me. I had to explain again to them that they haven't even looked at what I came in for. Chronic sinus infections and clogged ear. Instead they act like I insisted I told them my nose was clogged. Had to pay for an office visit for them to tell me they can't find anything wrong with my nose. Well maybe because that's not what I told you my problem was.
All staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable waiting area. The doctor was wonderful and gave me good information about my situation. Very happy with the service I received.
