Dr. Mills is great. The staff is wonderful. I have felt cared for and informed the entire process. He made swift work with delicate hands. His personality and persona made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you! I have also heard good things from family who have used Peak.
Just went in for my yearly check, as usual they were very thorough with their explanation about my condition and set up an appointment for further testing to see if there was any issues since my last evaluation. They seem to be concerned about my well being and helpful in my situation.
THEY HIDE COSTS FROM YOU. I had to have surgery and treatment through Peak ENT and I paid the for the whole thing only to be slapped with a surprise bill for another thousand dollars a few weeks later. Apparently they can’t be bothered to tell patients of all the hidden costs before treatment so they can make more money. This place operates completely UNETHICALLY.
Very efficient and thorough exam. Dr Hodgson was so personable and professional. She explained each test and answered all my questions.
All the staff was patient, caring, and listened. They were clearly interested in my problems and sent me home with a plan for the next step. I like that! A great staff!
