I have been seeing Peak ENT for several years. Every interaction is professional, caring, and with a great deal of knowledge that comes with experience. My most recent visit lived up to my high standards. Would, and have, recommended this professional practice. It is evident they take pride in their practice from friendly, easy appointment scheduling, to welcoming you as a patient in need of care. One of. If not the best. Medical practices you will find.
Very friendly staff and the PA Shawna took her time with me and did a thorough examination on my ENT. I got in the very next day and I was seen right on time after checking in. Clean office! I hope they get a contract with my new insurance soon. (Select Health) I'd like to continue my ENT care with them.
Dr. Bill Dickey was very friendly. He was patient and took his time in explaining my issue and what to do. I was immediately comfortable with him. Staff was friendly as well. I would highly recommend him and the Brighton office.
Do not listen to their patients. Instead they run unwarranted tests. Say they found nothing wrong with me. I had to explain again to them that they haven't even looked at what I came in for. Chronic sinus infections and clogged ear. Instead they act like I insisted I told them my nose was clogged. Had to pay for an office visit for them to tell me they can't find anything wrong with my nose. Well maybe because that's not what I told you my problem was.
This place was great. They explained everything and every question I asked was answered. They gave me medication that should help with my problem and I already made a new appointment go in in three months to be reevaluated. All the staff was very friendly.
