What a great experience I had with Kinsley and Shawna. They not only obviously know their stuff they are so pleasant and fun to work with. They both kept me posted as to how the day would go with an explanation as to what I can expect. Both ladies were very friendly and so pleasant to be with, all offices should be like this. I have been seeing Peak ENT for several years. Every interaction is professional, caring, and with a great deal of knowledge that comes with experience. I recently saw Kinsley for my yearly hearing check. She is great! She's always professional, explains procedures well, is gentle and very personable as well. I enjoyed meeting her assistant as well, although I can't recall her name
PEAK ENT has the most wonderful staff as well as friendly, knowledgeable audiologists. This was my second time getting my hearing test by PEAK; the experience is always easy, informative - and to me - interesting. By no fault of their own; hearing aids are just so expensive.
