Emory Bratton was attentive and informative in helping me understand my hearing tests. I found her perspective very helpful when discussing my plans around hearing aids and further treatment. the office staff seemed happy and efficient, which made the office atmosphere calm and pleasant. all of this helped me feel confident that my needs were being met. Peak ENT feels like a very patient-oriented practice.
Went to consult Dr Boscoe about cancer in ear. Discussed treatment options. Dr B was charming and actually LISTENED to my concerns before deciding on a watchful waiting approach. I was quite worried before the appointment but feel much better about the whole situation now.
The most depressing and stressful practice I’ve dealt with, when you call you’re calling a general office and I can’t tell if I’m calling the right number since the girl is speaking well before the call connects and so fast that I can’t tell if she’s speaking English. Calling several locations isn’t the problem, I have a very limited amount of time where I can call during their hours and having to call multiple times because speedy Gonzales keeps answering delayed my follow up by months. Emory, Dr. Boscoe, and team for great! I was able to prepare and send my paperwork before my appointment shiv made check-in easy. They were polite, professional, and present during my tests and the discussion of my test results and questions. Thank you!
I had extreme anxiety over having ear tubes placed today and Dr.Boscoe was amazing. She was very understanding of my anxiety. She made me feel super safe and that if I didn’t want the procedure done awake, I could have it done while I was asleep. I tried it while being awake and I felt nothing. She was truly amazing. She took her time and explained every step of the procedure to me the entire time.
