I felt loved and cared for at Peak. Emory was a gem she was explanatory in what she told me about my hearing care and for taking care for it. She never made me feel bad about anything I might need to do. Even if it means hearing aids. I would recommend Peak ENT to anyone I know. Emory will be calling me back with what the ENT recommends about my hearing. Thank you Peak for you're great help and assistance in this matter.
My interactions with the audiologist and the doctor were good, but I’m giving 3 stars because of a scheduling issue. My audiologist appointment was at 9:45am, and I was done around 10 with her. A nurse escorted me to a different room and told me that my appointment with the doctor is 11am. I was shocked that I was never notified that there were two appointments, and there was a one hour gap between them. I double checked the appointment reminders, but there were no mentions of another appointment being scheduled at 11. I ask... read more
I had such a pleasant experience, getting my hearing checked. Right on time with my appointment and everyone was very attentive and knowledgeable. They gave me options and contacts.
Dr. William Dickey is wonderful He did my sinus surgery 19+ years ago and I have followed him. Peak ENT was great. The check in process was smooth and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Unbelievably disappointed. I'll throw in "angry" and "upset" too. And from other reviews I see here, I'm not alone in feeling this way. I have been suffering from hearing issues and dizziness for eight months now, and when symptoms first appeared, I went to Peak for diagnosis. They sent me home with instructions for a nasal rinse and Sudafed routine. Didn't work, went back. New instructions: skip the Sudafed but continue the nasal rinses. Didn't work, went back.
