I needed a last minute appt and was referred to Peak by a friend. They got me in within a couple of days, diagnosed a problem that had been misdiagnosed by urgent care and even pulled in a Dr that I wasn’t originally scheduled to see to help me. In a world of needed referrals and incredibly long appt wait times this was impressive. I couldn’t recommend Peak, Dr Dickey and Emory Bratton any more. Fantastic client service and care.
I came to Peak ENT to determine if I had a deviated septum. My appointment with Dr. Boscoe lasted all of 10 minutes, where a scope was used to look up my nose. Nothing significant was found and I was simply prescribed a nasal spray. A couple weeks later I received a bill for $300 (with insurance) for this "nasal endoscopy" which I was never warned would carry a large cost. The most depressing and stressful practice I’ve dealt with, when you call you’re calling a general office and I can’t tell if I’m calling the right number since the girl is speaking well before the call connects and so fast that I can’t tell if she’s speaking English. Calling several locations isn’t the problem, I have a very limited amount of time where I can call during their hours and having to call multiple times because speedy Gonzales keeps answering delayed my follow up by months. Emory, Dr. Boscoe, and team for great! I was able to prepare and send my paperwork before my appointment shiv made check-in easy. They were polite, professional, and present during my tests and the discussion of my test results and questions. Thank you!
Emory Bratton was attentive and informative in helping me understand my hearing tests. I found her perspective very helpful when discussing my plans around hearing aids and further treatment. the office staff seemed happy and efficient, which made the office atmosphere calm and pleasant. all of this helped me feel confident that my needs were being met. Peak ENT feels like a very patient-oriented practice.
