Had a great experience with Peak ENT. My previous experience has been that seeing a specialist often means booking an appointment a month or two out, but not here! My doctor sent a referral to them and they called me within a day, offering several offices in the area. I went with this one as it’s closest to me, and they could get me in within a week! I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience with Dr. William Dickey at Peak ENT. From the moment the appointment began, I felt dismissed and disrespected. I went in to address a serious ongoing issue with my ears connected to a resistant parasitic skin condition that has been affecting my entire body and scalp for months. I had extreme anxiety over having ear tubes placed today and Dr.Boscoe was amazing. She was very understanding of my anxiety. She made me feel super safe and that if I didn’t want the procedure done awake, I could have it done while I was asleep. I tried it while being awake and I felt nothing. She was truly amazing. She took her time and explained every step of the procedure to me the entire time.
