Peak ENT accepted me with an emergency appointment when my hearing became suddenly worse. From the intake process through treatment, the care staff were helpful, informative, and empathetic. The Physician’s Assistant was thorough and competent, removing fluid from my ear canal in a pain-free process that helped remediate the immediate issue, then prescribing appropriate medication for longer term correction of the problem. I feel totally confident and appreciative of the care provided by this team.
I came here last year and felt brushed off but gave it another try today. As I was sitting in the main office waiting, all I could hear is the receptionists talking horribly about patients that go here. One even mentioned a patient should “be in the psych ward”. Truly the most unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered and to openly talk about patients in such a negative light was actually shocking.
The staff is amazing, I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Peak ENT team! Sarah Gordon is phenomenal, she is incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic. Emory Bratton is also kind and took her time explaining my hearing results. I felt well taken care of by the entire staff. I will never go elsewhere!
Dr. Boscoe is an incredibly kind and compassionate doctor who was willing to fill out a disability form for my profoundly deaf grandmother when other practices had turned us away because it's too much work. Thank you for not being driven solely by profit, but a true desire to help your patients have a better life.
Great experience at Peak ENT with Audiologist Emory! She was extremely nice, warm, welcoming with a great personality and compassionate in understanding my concerns. She was thorough and very detailed in explanation of procedures and outcome.
