This company was nothing but problems for our buyers and us. We were in the process of selling our house and right before the agreed upon closing date, Peak says they missed some stuff. Okay fine, it happens. But this happened over 3 times and delayed the closing process by 2 weeks. One excuse after another. Talking to one of the workers, they were so flustered with the company that they were considering quitting based on this ordeal of a process. We loved working with Branden. As first-time home buyers, we valued working with someone we could trust and be vulnerable with throughout the process. He was readily available any time we had questions and worked very well with our realtor. It was so smooth working with Academy Mortgage we would recommend them whole heartedly.
This was definitely an easy review for me. Branden and his team are absolutely amazing! He was responsive with all of my questions (trust me there was a lot), he was available when I needed him, and they were fast in processing my loan application. I was told that buying a house would be a stressful and overwhelming 30 days at least. Branden and Academy Mortgage made it the complete opposite. Branden and his assistant Lois were great! I was doing the whole process from Germany and they took time to email back and forth explaining everything I needed to know as well as taking time from their busy schedule when I wanted to call them about something. Super helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend! Awesome first time home buying experience!
I can't even explain in words how much Willie and is staff of professionals helped me! They simply just got the job done! They made the house buying process fun and stress free.
