If I can give them a 100 stars I would. Starting with Daniel James and Jennine and finishing with Gary. Then everyone in between. I am so happy with the results. I'll post more pictures later to show it after it's all finished withe the plants and everything else. I highly recommend them. I tried local but the prices were near double. These guys worked within my budget and I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend. Happy customer for sure.

Pearl Pools did our pool resurfacing and deck in January 2024. Wanted to wait until we got in the pool a few times to get our overall impression of the work done. Our pool is fairly small, approximately 12,000 gallons, but still a pretty big job. The old pool surface was taken away and replaced with ‘Wet Edge’. They installed a handrail on our pool. The representative that came out to discuss it was very helpful getting to the correct decision. He was the most polite serviceman I've ever dealt with! The installers were pleasant and efficient. The railing went in perfectly and we are happy.
We had a mixture of good and bad experiences with this company. The price was much more affordable than other quotes we got, but the customer service was terrible. The installers did not speak to us at all, and when they were finished through the hose in the pool and left. We were giving no direction or anything from anyone. The covers for things like the lights and jets were not put on, and there was an area where it was hard to tell if there was a flaw in the plaster or not.
