If I can give them a 100 stars I would. Starting with Daniel James and Jennine and finishing with Gary. Then everyone in between. I am so happy with the results. I'll post more pictures later to show it after it's all finished withe the plants and everything else. I highly recommend them. I tried local but the prices were near double. These guys worked within my budget and I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend. Happy customer for sure.

We had a mixture of good and bad experiences with this company. The price was much more affordable than other quotes we got, but the customer service was terrible. The installers did not speak to us at all, and when they were finished through the hose in the pool and left. We were giving no direction or anything from anyone. The covers for things like the lights and jets were not put on, and there was an area where it was hard to tell if there was a flaw in the plaster or not. Pearl Pools resurfaced our 40-year-old pool and put in a main drain, a convenient port dedicated to pool vacuuming, and did some valve work. They were professional and timely. When my husband noticed some rippling in the surface that bothered him they asked for pictures, sent someone out to check it, and promptly took care of the problem. Our pool is beautiful and we would use them again.

They installed a handrail on our pool. The representative that came out to discuss it was very helpful getting to the correct decision. He was the most polite serviceman I've ever dealt with! The installers were pleasant and efficient. The railing went in perfectly and we are happy.
