Pearl Pools did our pool resurfacing and deck in January 2024. Wanted to wait until we got in the pool a few times to get our overall impression of the work done. Our pool is fairly small, approximately 12,000 gallons, but still a pretty big job. The old pool surface was taken away and replaced with ‘Wet Edge’. Tile was removed and replaced with a new dark blue tile. The deck surface was sanded and replaced with a stucco surface, then painted. We also had a new pool light and hand rail installed. I want to thank Sara, the sales representative because she always answered my messages and responded to all my concerns. I am very pleased and happy for the resurfacing done to my pool. It looks beautiful and all my friends loved it. They did a great job and I am very happy of how it looks! The tile team and plastering were awesome. My upgraded glass pool tiles have been a nightmare! They just fall off and continue to fall off. They have been repaired 3 times but more and more just fall off. My pool tiles were "up-sold" to me by the salesperson, but to this day she has never spoken to me again. I noticed in these reviews kudos to Sara H.
