Huge problem with nightly foul smell from Fairlife processing plant directly west of Pebblecreek. Odors are so bad that you can not use your back yard or open windows. Good luck If you are considering purchasing a home or lot near the 303 side. It would be nice if Robson would actually get involved to protect its interest.
There are so many great amenities in this community. I have friends that live here, and perhaps one day, I will call it home.
This is a fantastic senior community that feels like a resort. Two clubhouses, two gyms, 20 pickleball courts, pools, golf courses, craft areas, and so much more.
This place is awesome. We moved here from California just over a year ago and love it! So many things to choose from to do, great facilities, everyone we've met has been very nice. Close enough to civilization. AZ has a lot of really unique places that are absolutely beautiful.
What a playground for the retired! From the 3 days we were there it seems very well run. A beautiful Oasis in the desert...
