Dr. Katheryn Sarantos is the most kind hearted, passionate and thorough doctor. I take both my son (4 y.o) and newborn daughter (5 days old). She lets you know what to look out for and expect with newborns so you aren’t alarmed. She’s one of those rare providers who still cares, shows she cares, and doesn’t make you feel rushed when you have an appointment with her. I 1000% recommend her. The office staff are also so nice & make you feel so welcomed. You will hit the jackpot with this office.
Dr. Jenny Virginia Shreeves is an amazing physician. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and never makes us feel like any question is too small. She is incredibly patient, especially with my daughter who has ADHD, and truly cares about her patients. We’ve been bringing our children to this practice since they were little, and Debbie has become like family. She brightens the room every time she walks in and knows each of my kids personally. Vanisha Amin, DNP is the best! She makes our 13 month old daughter feel super comfortable and she’s extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They always have open spots to see us on the same day we call if we need a sick visit.
Everything is always great. Checking in, triage, seeing the providers, getting results, checking out - It’s all a smooth and seamless process. The staff remember you and your kiddos, everyone always has a smile, and they genuinely seem to care about your child’s wellbeing. We’ve never had a bad experience and couldn’t imagine going to another practice for our kids care.
My two kids. Six years. My wife's sister went here for 15 years as a kid. Just had a new baby, register through the portal. No record of it at the office when I show up with a two day old infant for a first checkup. Normally not an issue except for the hand foot and mouth my two year old picked up there last month. Took him in healthy and left with that. I mentioned to front desk, and that my children stay at home, and we both work from home and I was told that wasn't it.
