I had an 8:00 AM appointment for a simple wellness check for two children, both new patients. While one child’s physical was completed, the other was delayed as the staff claimed the office was too busy. Instead of continuing care, they prioritized upcoming appointments, leaving us waiting unnecessarily. During my office. , I had an unfortunate experience with the front desk. When I arrived, I asked for help checking in and explained that I didn’t have my phone with me at the moment and didn’t have access to it. Instead of offering an alternative solution, the front desk staff member refused to check me in and was quite rude during the interaction. Exceptional service from the time of arrival to the end. The staff is extremely professional, the location is very clean and the doctor we had onsite Sandra De Jesus Medina was top notch and knowledgable. Dr. Medina took the time to listen and provide so much guidance and recommendations. Highly recommend this location and doctor.
Best attention ever, from the front desk personnel to the doctors. I feel that they really care about children.
