Pediatric Associates has a new office in Brickell which is a much needed great addition for families in the area. It is very clean and the staff are extremely nice. They are attentive and very professional. All of the staff is welcoming and very thorough. My daughter and I went to do her labs, the lab tech, Maricela was amazing. My daughter was very nervous, but Maricela was patient, loving, friendly, and supportive. She was able to get her bloodwork in one pinch. Overall, I love this place. This place is a piece of shit sorry. No not sorry.ridiculous finding parking,staff is unprofessional like if they don't know what they're doing. Like if they got the job just to get the job no knowledge. Doctor is the same . Doesn't know what she's doing nor saying. When I brought my bay when she was clearly sick all she said was she ok just take her home. And also they're quick to push vaccines (EVERYTIME) don't waste your time or energy here. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent doctors office I have ever experienced. I made an appointment for a virtual visit for my sick child and the doctor never showed up for the visit. I spent over an hour on the phone talking to multiple receptionists and nobody was able to help me reschedule this appointment or even reach the doctor that was supposed to join my appointment. Completely different from Midtown location. There staff cold, and office crowded. In Brickell we had very good visit with our children.
