Dr Gaud is the best! She has been my kid's pediatrician for 8 years and although we do wait quite a bit even though we always have an appointment I still think its worth it. The care her and her team give is outstanding
I switched pediatricians when early in pandemic our old family practice didn't have anyone observing a mask policy who worked there. This place PA Citrus Park is on point. I'm a picky mom. Any time I have needed a quick appointment they make it happen in a reasonable time period. There is a relay system and that has never affected my ability to get things done I have needed. You can never reach the actual office--only a call center overseas. The wait times are always over an hour, no matter your child's condition. Doctor turnover is constant, and I rarely see the same provider twice. Most visits are with ARNPs, not doctors. Totally disorganized and not worth the frustration.
Repeat offender of terrible experiences, this is just one. We have since moved to Children's medical center in Westchase. We have had a terrible experience. First, getting an appointment was a nightmare. They had multiple no-shows where I arrived on time only to be told that the doctor wasn't available. When I finally did see the doctor, they were late by over an hour with no apology or explanation. The service was equally disappointing.
