Giving this place 2 stars because of front office staff - specifically the 2 girls at reception. The doctors we’ve seen who are professionals are wonderful!! We love doctor Jones she’s always been so wonderful with our son and any concerns we have as parents. As far as office staff, terrible. Believe the reviews it shows how having poor reception will ruin your business. Front office reception staff is extremely rude, lack customer service training, and life experience. I’m sorry. I was not too happy with my service for my daughter. We waited in the room for the doctor to come for over an hour. Honestly. I could have paid the same copay to go to guide well urgent care and get more and better care. I’m sorry for the harsh review.
Emily Jones goes above and beyond for my children EVERYTIME! Wouldn’t change drs. Now Graciela Egli I would NOT recommend. I brought my child to her and she just rushed prescribed medication and called it a day. There was no checking heart beat,lungs, or genuinely listening to my concerns Like DO NOT downplay what im trying to tell you I’ve known my child for years now I KNOW Him! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have 3 kids, 2 of which went to a private pediatrician who was amazing and unfortunately retired. I went to this place last minute after having my 3rd child. The “pediatrician” prescribed my baby medicine and I went to pick it up, and it wasn’t even sent in. I tried to call, and you can only speak to a call center that’s has no idea what’s going on.
