My kids have been coming here for many years and I cannot exprese enough how happy and fulfilled I have been. Each and every service I have received. The dedication, the welcoming, and the support always makes a great impact. Thank you for being apart of my little ones life
Excellent staff, Doctor are wonderful services at location great, but to get thru the call center is like calling IRS , Or a credit card customer services , when trying just to call the office for a maybe a 2 minutes conversation . What are we going to do ? Call center are the first impression of the office. I’m not the only one!!!
Spoke with Paul on the phone to set up a sick appointment for my daughter wish is already frustrating. Paul had no empathy at all he was having an actitud, spoke over me instead of setting up the appointment. Currently have me on hold to speak to his manager for 15 minutes while I write this review. I’m withdrawing both of my daughters this customer service is not acceptable!
Took the time to listen to my concerns about my child and took the time to help me understand what was going on. Staff is always welcoming
