I love this location. Adequate street parking and garage parking. Dr Ramirez is amazing. The staff is kind and caring. The area can be pretty busy so plan ahead.

Amazing. Dr. Rivera-Navas is AMAZING! This location is AMAZING. The office is beautiful and in a great location. The staff is super friendly. Harvey and Dr. Rivera are fantastic with my baby and I can't recommend them enough. Extremely knowledgeable and all around friendly, my husband and I felt so comfortable with them. We weren't rushed as I felt at the Palmetto Bay location. They took their time and answered all of our questions and concerns. So happy that I finally found a pediatrician and staff I i could trust. NO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This African American woman was extremely aggressive with my 3 month old baby. Didn't even acknowledge mom and dad in the room. Didn't even acknowledge us entering. She's extremely not fit to be working with children. Once the doctor came in she started acting nicer towards us. Completely fake attitude and so aggressive with an infant. Ive Been coming here for the first 3 months since the birth of my baby and it's been a great experience overall. On the 4th month and on, only 1 parent is allowed entry into the rooms. This is my first baby, and I'm being denied to enter with my wife due to COVID 19 restrictions. I feel that it's absurd, where in a business that administers health. All the proper precautions are made prior to these visits and there is enough disinfecting agents to kill any bacteria that poses as a threat. I'm very upset that these regulati... read more

We needed to get our baby his 6 month shots and the doctor was not available for weeks so he got his shots two weeks late even though we called months in advance to schedule. However, we had to go on Saturday since the doctor wasn't available for weeks any other day. Then they added a $150 surcharge to our bill for after hours. Can you believe that?
