I'm thrilled to finally have found a pediatrician/ office who we trust. Dr. Roques is wonderful as is his staff. From the moment of our first call (where front of the house stayed on the phone with us past closing), to the care for our children we have found our doctor. Dr. Roques looks at the child, parents, and doesn't simply see numbers on a chart which has been our plight in the medical field for our oldest. HORRIBLE! we originally came here because we loved dr shields however she has left. Apart from that they are apart of pediatric association and getting in contact with anyone from the office is IMPOSSIBLE. They use call centers and when I call I expect to speak with someone in office not someone from a call centers. We PAID for our sons 2 year physical and then switched offices because we could never get in contact with anyone. o not recommend. After doctor shields left this place has become awful. Apts take 1-2hours. My son had an ear infection and I was given an antibiotic my son continued to spit up and throw up, until he spiked a fever. I called multiple times 4days in a row being told I didn't need an apt and the doctor could send over a new antibiotic. Each time being hung up on or told they'll send a script in an hour or so. On the fourth day I demanded I speak to a nurse and had to argue with her to get the doctor to get my son the antibiot... read more
