I want to say a special Thank You to Dr. Allison because she was patient and caring to my son. She was very professional and took her time to answer all my questions and gave me insightful informations.My son is better now and we will come back to this particular location from now on.

Yesterday (11/24) was my first time going into the Heron Bat office. The office is spectacular but the service was even better. The staff was inviting and knowledgeable. The nurse and doctors spoke to me in a way that was understandable and made sure my girls were comfortable. Truly enjoyed my experience.

Do not carry your child/children here. Veronica Cadiz, APRN literally waited until my 9-year-old autistic child was 50lbs to finally refer him to gastroenterology after begging her for a PEG tube placement for over a year, watching my son waste away after multiple choking episodes that she knew about. She never even prescribed a single medication. This place is a joke of a practice. Have been taking my 3 kids there for 14 years. They fell off a cliff last few years after selling to PE. I'm currently in the office where I have waited for 80 mins and still not seen a Dr. This visit is a waste of time to fill my sons prescription that was supposed to include 2 refills after my last visit. After fighting with pharmacy and now this office I finally got in here after my son not having meds for 3 days. This is the last straw for us. I encourage you to look elsewhere this is ... read more
Probably the worst pediatrician in the south Florida area. They used to be caring and used to try to help sick children. Now they out source all calls to India or somewhere in Asia or the Middle East and they don't even try to help kids get seen. I called over 4 times to get an appointment and each time, they don't have an available appointment.
