Today I had the Varicella vaccine for my daughter. I came only for the vaccine. I have arrived 10 minutes earlier, and was only seen after 45-50 minutes after. Once the nurse came she was as if she was irritated to be there. No empathy, no kindness, no caring . Once she is done, She just exit the room without even explaining me of the possible side effects. We had an appointment today after my child’s leg surgery, and I am very grateful to this pediatrician. The doctor Lori Colan was extremely kind, polite, and attentive. She carefully asked all the necessary questions, thoroughly examined my child, and gave clear and helpful recommendations. You can really feel her professionalism and genuine care for children. We felt calm and confident during the visit. Highly recommend this doctor!
Dr. Colan is exceptional. She listens, takes her time to assess and pleasantly explains her findings and solution. Highly recommended

On Friday, February 14, 2025 at 4:10pm, I walked in with my sick son with a high fever to be checked out by a doctor. This place opened very recently. The website says their hours are until 5pm. The person at the front desk told me they weren't going to see my son because they were already seeing the last patient and were leaving.
