Terrible Place! They're open on Saturday's but don't tell you they will bill you an after hour fee as they're scheduling your appointment. Shouldn't I have known about that prior, so it can be up to my discretion if I wanted to continue with scheduling an appointment on that day?! Very unprofessional and sneaky in my opinion! Be ware of this place!

I used this practice when my daughter was young and suggested that she also use them with my grandson. She saw the ARNP (NOT LAURA, we loved LAURA) and she was condescending, rude and would not listen to my daughter. He was in their office twice in 3 days and ended up admitted to the hospital after the office visit on the 3rd day!! BUT NOTHING WAS WRONG, figure that one out. This doctors office will schedule an appointment for 9am and u will not get seen until 10 or 10:30. Then the check in nurses will shrug you off by saying we'll do you want to reschedule. There is staffing issues where they only have 1 ma to 3 doctors and still wait time is like going to the health department. And customer service is shit. Time to find a new pediatric doctor
