Dr. Harley is amazing! She is so perfectly suited for being a pediatrician! She was able to make sure my son felt comfortable with her by talking to me first and connecting with him playfully before starting the actual exam. The staff was all cheerful and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. So grateful for this practice helping me raise a healthy child!

My Daughter has been coming here since she was born. When I was pregnant and in college I got so many people raving about this place, so I made an appointment when I was pregnant and I got to tour and meet Dr Cano. He came to the hospital when my Daughter was born.. Daughter is 21 years old. My Daughter is 21 has been going here her whole life. First let me say, Dr. Harley is wonderful, we absolutely love her. However, lately the office seems disorganized. We had an appointment at 4:10 (arrived at 3:55 and we were told we were early), which we got at least 4 confirmations to ensure we were aware of the time our appointment was and oddly enough we weren't taken back until 4:50. The office in Clearwater on Drew is even worse. I feel bad for the providers, its almost like this organization is double booking them to increase their dollars, however I am sure they are lo... read more

To be honest this place has gone downhill over the past few years. Especially since the pandemic. You get harassed to confirm your appointment, fill out everything in advance, show up early and they still will have you waiting well past your appointment time. While watching others walk in after you and be seen before you. So whats the purpose of having a schedule and asking patients to be on time. If they dont respect or value the time.

Can’t be reached by phone. Doctor notes primary reason for visit but does not provide referral he said he would in app. Take time to go in person. Nope, no referral. I feel like my family’s health, money, and time are being stolen.
