We transitioned to this office after our previous pediatrician stopped accepting our insurance. So far, everything has been great. We did lose our original physician, which caused problems with having a designated PCP for the kiddos. Shortly after, they started seeing Dr. Iraheta. He is very personable and relatable. We do not feel rushed, and he always makes sure to explain everything. This office is always clean, even the bathrooms. My kids have been going to this practice for many years now. A few docs have changed over the years, but the quality of care remains top notch. My son had some problems which brought us to the office frequently and they treated him like their own. I highly recommend this practice.

We've been using Jacksonville Pediatric Associates for 5 years. They just recently moved to downtown Springfield and the new office is beautiful. Dr. Sinder is like a small town local doctor. He knows everyone. He's been in practice for a very long time and he's beyond knowledgeable. He works well with specialists to coordinate care for our family. We moved here a year ago ...found Pediatric Associates thru ladies at school... Today we had to visit the downtown location instead of the Southside office.. Altough the office looked old and really small...our care was so personable..our nurse MJ was incredible!!! My child loved her as she was so calm talking to him about what the Dr wanted before she had to give him not one but two shots! My family has been going to this facility since the it opened in the 1950s as a private practice , times have changed and so have the names of the doctors of course, but the family feel remains the same... my daughter has been seen by Dr. Lynn, since her first check up at just a few days old,and she absolutely loves her; I would recommend this place and the fine Doctors and Nurses who work here to anyone who needs a good Pediatric Doctor

We have been customers of this pediatric doctor for about 6 years now. While other locations may look nicer, the people themselves are what keeps us coming back year over year. The nurses and doctors all adore my son and know his name. I can only imagine that the level of care and love that they give my son is the same that they give to all of their clients as I can see them doing no less then that. This pediatric office gives DMV vibes. We were early and waited over an hour to see the doctor. Most of the staff members look sloppy and are unprofessional. If you care about your child, don't waste your time here!
