The medical assistant was very good with my son whom has autism. She was able to take a reading of his BP which hasn't been able to be done before. She was also great with him when it was time to give him his vaccine. Dr. Madera was very friendly with my son and spoke to him about everything he was doing. I'm so happy with this clinic, the dr and the staff!
My child is 17 with Disabilities. We have been attending Pediatric Associates since birth. I really appreciate Dr. Sarah Lawand. Her expertise,communication and level of care is OUTSTANDING. Thank you for your services!
Our experience with this pediatric office was extremely disappointing from start to finish. During our first visit, we waited nearly two hours at check-in because the front desk staff struggled to verify our insurance, despite it being a major Blue Cross Blue Shield provider. The front desk worker is very rude and nonchalant. Every time I, a single mother of 5 brings her 4 younger kids to be seen it’s always a problem. Now I am being told that I will not be able to bring all 4 of my kids to be seen at one time because I don’t have a second adult with me and if I bring them I will be denied the right to have them all seen. We had a great experience with Dr. Paul and his assistant, Liseth. My son has been coming here since they first opened, and the care and attention have always been excellent. Highly recommend!
