I've had both good and bad experiences at this location. But overall my most recent visit was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were great, the lady who did my son's intake was great, and Dr. Wolf Lorig was great. She made the conversation very informative and I saw her in a new light. My son was smiling when we left the appointment saying how nice she was. He said she was very understanding and helpful this time. I guess it was more so coming down from the morning/mid day rush. I absolutely love this location. Staff is friendly, they feel like an extension of my family. Also, extremely thorough and professional. I would have provided more stars if given the option. Keep up the good work.
The office was clean and fast. Nicola was nice and sweet to my babies. And Dr. Wolf-Long is an amazing doctor.
They are always helpful when we go in. Asks the child how they are feeling. Nichola was sweet and kind to my daughter and talked to her like a person. I like and respect that. I plan to continue bringing my children back here.
Erika lorig-wolf, seems to have a history, of being very opinionated on her patients and their parents personal lives. She proceeded to call my wife and aggressively push her opinion, pertaining to our childs personal life and what they should do. All my wife was looking for was a letter, not an unwarranted, rude and inappropriate opinion. Amongst other things, she also consulted with another employee in the practice of what we should do with our child.
