We have been patients since 2021. We have always received great care, but because one of my kids now requires regular follow ups we have been to the office very regularly. I want to personally thank Dr. Imam. He's always patient, kind, and very engaging with both my patient kid and my tag-along kid. He answers all their questions and is a good listener. Very pleasant staff. Wonderful drs. Been going here a year and have never had an issue. Dr. Wendy is wonderful and takes the time patients need and addresses all issues brought up.
Lynn and Carly are always smiling and know how to distract my daughter to do their job until she notice what has happened. Kids Care have always been my choice of care for my children. The front desk ladies are always with a smile. I have not had any problems with the office and pray that I don't.
My kids have been here since 2012 and to say it’s gone downhill is an understatement. Dr. Jump was the best pediatrician ever and now the care is a joke; which I’m sure he’d be severely disappointed in. From making an appointment (to a call center now) to the reception to the doctor (probably the only one there) is a circus. Finding a new pediatrician tomorrow for my kids care. 0/10 recommend.
We arrived at the facility and we're greeted with friendly, happy faces the entire visit. Every member of staff we encountered was very cordial and hospitable.
