Dr. Kemmerling deserved 5-star on her own. She is so friendly, attentive, reassuring, informative, kind, and more. She is great with adults and my newborn. However, because of how disappointing everything else is, I have to leave 1 star. AVOID Dr. Vargas, she was so incredibly rude and dismissive. I waited over an hour to be seen with my barely 1-week old baby and not once did anyone come in and apologize or keep us updated on why we had to wait so long. Dr. Vargas is great and very thorough. She voices concerns and keeps you up to date. She's been really amazing as well as the staff. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy all staff and the establishment. Never have any issues. Appointments are easy to make and Med Assistant Katherine is wonderful. My daughter absolutely loved her. Thank you for everything.
I would not recommend this place for your children. My veterinarian has a nicer office and a lot cleaner did not look sanitary or clean whatsoever looked ran down Also the doctor seemed to be more interested in gun control than the health of my child. thought that was a very odd thing to discuss at the doctors office.
Both of my children have seen this pediatric doctor their entire lives for the most part. They always are able to get my children in when they are sick. However staff isnt always polite. And ever since they started using an outsourced phone company to answer ALL calls, it is a tremendous hassle to be able to cancel appointments make appointments or get any type of actual assistance because you don't get anyone who speaks clear English on the phone. Very very frustrating!
I am new to this doctor’s office. My other kids all go somewhere else. I was skeptical at first because it’s very different from what I’m used to, but everyone is very friendly here and professional. I have not had one bad experience. I’m glad that I gave this place a try.
