Horrible practice. I just pulled my daughter from here. I only kept her here as long as I did because I couldn't find anywhere else close that took her insurance. Even when I booked the first appointment of the day, I ALWAYS had to wait over an hour, my concerns were blown off, my daughter was diagnosed with autism but only after I sought a therapist on my own who requested a referral for an evaluation in writing after 5 years of me asking & being ignored. Only had one appointment here but so far it’s great! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Dr was calm and to the point. The facility is very clean. I would note that the google maps directions will send you to the back of the building just so others are aware.
Not a great overall experience. I don’t feel like they address fully my concerns or go out of their way to show that they care for my child. But the most frustrating part is not being able to get ahold of the office and going through a call center. It was taking multiple days for them to call us back, even when we were marked urgent. The call center received notes and they forgot to call us back - 3 days later. Very inefficient.
Very beautiful nostalgic office, the staff were all so nice and patient with my 2 children. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful for what I was needing.
My daughter & I love First Choice!!! I have been to the longwood location, Deltona (which I visited the most) & now I frequently visit Sanford location for her appointments. This was my baby’s first doctors office. I hear horror stories of others girls’ children s’ doctors. I never had a complaint once about mine :)Every time I go in there is a smiling face (behind the mask). They are always soo polite and sweet to all the children.
