Anyone that is from sebring knows this place is horrible. Besides the Dr. everyone else is horrible. Kathy at front desk is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk to people. I never like to play the race card and whoever knows me knows thats true but…. Ill leave it at that. but as soon she realized she was wrong she doubled down that she was right. First time visit and it was great. From making our appointment with the call center rep Alfredo (he was so helpful in changing our PCP to this practice) and able to make an appointment for us. Upon checking we were greated by Carmen and made our checking in smooth and just so easy. No issues there whatsoever on our FOH experience. Dr. Nicholas was knowledgeable & friendly to my daughter and was able to give her a treatment plan since she suffers from asthma. Not a bad experience at all on the BOH. Dr. Lukert is the reason we keep going back. Amazing with kids and listens so well and works with you on things. Always wants the best care for your child. Never hesitates to seek more help when it comes to diagnosing. He really makes my son smile and never see that with other docs at all. I will gladly take that hour drive to keep seeing him. The nurses listen and empathize especially when children are sick. I love this office specifically for all my sons needs.
Dr. Nicholas is always so kind and understanding with my little ones. Office is clean, quiet, and quick! All the staff members are great!
Both of my children have been patients here since they were born, and this office has truly been part of our lives for many years.
