The pediatricians and nurse practitioners at this office are incredible. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The doctors and nurse practitioners listen and really care about all concerns and any questions you have about your child(ren). They are gentle and kind with the kids and I couldn't ask for more. We have been coming to this practice for 10 years and couldn't recommend it more.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience every time! The wait time is always very short, and the staff is friendly and professional. The doctors are caring, attentive, and wonderful with children. Especially, Erin Markham. She make my kids feel comfortable and well cared for at every visit. Highly recommend!
In general the customer service could be better. At time it seems like the practitioner is hesitant or not fully knowledgeable in pediatrics. I feel as though I have to vouch to hard for my children. What bothers me the most is they make you always take soiled diapers to the “bathroom diaper genie”. And make sure to tell you, like it’s a rehearsed line. To keep it short and sweet since the cross over it has become awful to have kids here. Which is super unfortunate considering we absolutely loved it here. The staff use to be able to take time and address concerns now its a who can see you in and out fastest. Smh and dont get me started on their call center and their inability to spell a childs name right even after spelling it for them over the phone to get it fixed on at least 6 different occasions. Maria in the front end I do not think she understands she is working with sick kids. She lacks huge empathy and her way to communicate is very poor. The other female with short hair in the front end very kind and nice. She is the reason I am not looking for another doctor office, because Maria’s interactions are a huge disappoiment. The doctor Bustamante is awesome as well.
